Typical Errors
Learn how to identify and fix the most common issues in Fastix from proxy and captcha errors to account or task setup problems. Quick, clear solutions to keep your bot running smoothly.
Windows Defender Setup
If Windows Security mistakenly detects or blocks Fastix files, you can whitelist the folder to avoid problems:
Open the Start Menu and search for Windows Security.
Go to Virus & threat protection, then select Manage settings.
Scroll down to the Exclusions section and click Add or remove exclusions.
Choose Add an exclusion → Folder, and select the main Fastix directory.
This will stop Windows Defender from quarantining or deleting important Fastix files.
If you need more help, you can watch the video at the bottom of the Downloads section on your dashboard.

Simply deactivate that option to complete the process.
Proxy Errors
If Fastix is having trouble with your proxy, don’t worry — most issues are easy to fix.
Common Causes:
Connection problems — the bot can’t reach the website.
Wrong credentials — username or password is incorrect.
Too many requests — the proxy is overloaded or rate-limited.
Geo restrictions — the proxy’s location doesn’t match the target region.
Quick Fixes:
Check the Proxy Format Make sure it’s entered like this:
Test Your Proxy Open it in a browser or use a proxy checker to confirm it works.
Verify Credentials Double-check username and password. Remove any extra spaces.
Confirm Proxy Type Fastix supports
HTTPandHTTPS. Make sure your proxy type matches.Don’t Overload a Proxy Spread tasks across multiple proxies or accounts to avoid blocks.
Replace if Needed If it still fails, contact your provider or try a different location.
Regen new pool You can always regen new proxies and use fresh ones.
Pro Tip: Temporarily disable the proxy to see if the issue is really proxy-related. Once confirmed, add a working proxy and continue your tasks.
"ATLAS_SE_NO_AVAILABLE_SEATS"
If you see this message after a checkout attempt:
it means that the seat you were trying to purchase has already been taken.
This usually happens when multiple users or bots are attempting to buy the same seat at the exact moment Ticketmaster marks it as unavailable once another buyer completes the checkout first.
It’s completely normal and just means that fastix was fast enough to reach checkout, but someone else secured that seat a few milliseconds earlier.
"Error Enqueue_flow"
This error almost always means that the event link you’re running isn’t the correct one.
For example — you might be running the General Sale link while the Presale link is actually the one dropping.
When this happens, Ticketmaster rejects the enqueue attempt because the queue for that specific event or sale type isn’t open for the URL you’re using.
✅ Fix: Double-check you’re using the exact presale or drop link that matches the event currently going live — not the general sale or outdated page.
